Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services
- Get a clear understanding of client's business requirements during sales calls, and suggest appropriate solutions
- Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
- Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups
- Build new client accounts and grow the existing portfolio of clients
- Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate efficiently, able to work individually and as a team player
- Proactive, goals driven and customer-oriented
- Proficient in communicating with English and Chinese speaking customers
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Able to commit long-term (Housewives are welcomed)
