Job Description:
- Attend to and transfer incoming calls, mailers, courier packages, and other communications.
- Arrange and liaise on regular incoming and outgoing courier packages and shipments.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform and coordinate company licensing matters as required.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for basic troubleshooting and support.
- Arrange renewal of vehicle road tax, season parking, and other related tasks.
- Prepare and mail tax invoices to customers, post them into the accounting system, and process payments to suppliers.
- Ensure all digital and paper filings are properly archived and organized.
- Organize and coordinate annual company events, as needed.
- Arrange and register courses for staff, as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin due to the nature of business associates.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is advantageous.
