JOB SCOPE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the process of coordination, exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders
- Responsible for all preparation of drawings, coordination of CSD drawings, technical drawings/detailing, and documentation
- Use of BIM to do shop drawings documentations
- Able to produce and check construction shop drawings and as-built
- Able to coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders
- An added advantage to candidates with experiences in BIM projects.
- Ensure all drawings are in compliant with project specifications & requirements.
- Clarify and raise RFI for any discrepancies. Coordinate/communicate with internal and external teams members & consultants.
- Ensure that clashes highlighted are resolved or concluded, if not continuous monitoring for resolutions to be provided by the project team.
- Carry out modelling and shop drawings as instructed and finish in a timely manner
- Making presentations with BIM related software as required by the project team
- Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Recognised Degree/ Diploma in Architectural/ Mechanical/ Engineering/ Construction or equivalent
- Min 3 years of experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in the Singapore Construction Industry
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM/Naviswork software in MEP. And able to efficiently use BIM to perform drawing works
- Conversant in Singapore Construction Industry regulations
- Strong computer, technical and communication skills are essential
- Able to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings
- A good team player with strong initiative, independent, and equipped with good interpersonal communication skills
