- Process monthly payroll (3 payroll cycle, Employee total headcount 200-250)
- Key timesheet twice a month for computation for calculation of OT and incentives for workers payroll
- Check validity of projects for allocation and tabulate data for project allocation monthly for submission to Accounts
- CPF Submission monthly
- Submission of NSman makeup pay
- Prepare JDs for director’s approval
- Interview arrangements
- Full spectrum of employment cycle from ( onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance and file income tax clearance (IR21)
- Annual filing of income tax (IR8A)
- Weekly manpower update
- Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
- Maintain database for project passes
- Maintain training database
- Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL) - Application of workpass, renewal and cancellations
- Workers repatriation
- Workers dorm coordination for check in/ out
- Training coordination (enrol of courses such as CSOC, CSOC recertification, coretrade and updating in training file)
- Claim of GPL, levy waiver, government grants where applicable
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
- Handle grievances & disciplinary issues
- Handle ad-hoc office administration
- Prepare documents for audit annually
- Stay up to date of regulatory changes (MOM, CPF etc) and update management
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Experience in Whyze Payroll preferred
Must have hands-on experience in payroll
Min. Diploma in Human Resource or 3-4 years of working experience in similar capacity
