Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling full set of accounts
- Ensure month-end and yearly closing deadline are met
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable
- Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions
- Liaise with QS dept on projects invoicing & Work in progress
- Assist in yearly audit , handle audit queries
- Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement
- Reports to FM
- Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Prior experience in Construction industry preferred
- Handle few companies
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous
- Experience in Accounting Systems advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and work well with others of various levels
- Able to start work on short notice
