About Our Client
Our client is one of the market leaders in their industry and is a NYSE listed company with offices across different markets. They are looking for an experienced Product Trainer who will be looking to collaborate and educate their clients on the existing products they have. You will be responsible for the knowledge transfer of their products and how to use them.
Job Description
The Product Trainer will be conducting training sessions on the products for external stakeholders as well as analysing the clients' business processes and advising on the best systems to implement. You should be well-versed in enterprise-level, complex platforms and constantly maintains a high level of understanding of the company's products and services.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experienced in conducting trainings for external customers/clients
- Strong examples of problem solving related to operational and/or working with complex enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Hands-on attitude and detail-oriented
