We are seeking an individual to help manage our HR and organisation
Manager HR & Administration
All aspects of HR Duties and Responsibilities which includes the following:
- Oversee job postings, interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Organising and maintaining employee personnel records by updating the HR system and staff personal folder
- Work pass application, renewal cancellation for work permit/S Pass/EP
- Government paid leave application for maternity/paternity/childcare and NS leave etc.
- Submission of IRAS 21 and IRAS 8A Submission
- Application of levy waiver for foreign employees
- Payroll calculation and monthly CPF contribution
- Analyze current and future workforce needs, succession planning, and staffing strategies
- Preparation of Academic Board and Examination Board documents for CPE submission
- Submission of teachers' details to Gobusiness for approval.
- Updating Teachers' profiles on the School website.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations such as office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Support the school with Procurement duties
- Set up school email addresses for newcomers
- Set up school laptop and connect printer
- Monitoring of school wifi software and ensuring school passwords are properly kept and secured.
- Solve any other connection issues, such as laptop, printer or projector issues raised by teachers
- Act as Environmental Control Coordinator and ensure NEA Compliance.
- Any other duties as required by the school and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and Accounts, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and tools
- Knowledge of MOM labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
