You will provide administrative support to our accounting team, assisting with various tasks including data entry, report generation, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
- Perform data entry tasks such as entering financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Follow up with customers for payments promptly.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
