Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Food Service Customers (B2B)
- Coordinate with inter-department to facilitate customer’s procurement processes.
Post-sales
- Delivery status (logistic)
- Goods returns & exchange (warehouse – inbound)
- Customer’s forecast (commercial)
- Reservation of goods (commercial)
- Order block from overdue payment
Pre-sales
- Product documentation (commercial)
- Goods arrival (commercial)
- Order taking and processing customer’s order from various communication channels.
- Contract creation through ERP
- Onboard small & medium size customers assigned to sales team unto the online ordering platform.
- Assist B2B customers feedback through the various channels and aim to resolve the underlying issue through the approved means.
- Maintain customers signed documentation i.e., Contracts, tenders, etc.
Ad-hoc Internal Task
- Coordinate walk-in enquiries, meetings with relevant department.
- Projects and side-task initiated by team lead or manager.
