As the Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the General Manager and contribute to the company’s dynamic and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your professional portfolio with an exciting lineup of productions throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship and donation marketing efforts by creating compelling business proposals and generating new contacts.
- Proactively arrange meetings for marketing presentations focused on company goals and productions.
- Understand Toy Factory's unique portfolio and craft sales pitches accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential business partners.
- Propose and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to promote productions.
- Develop press releases and press kits for publicity campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans and PRs are eligible to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in theatre, arts, or event industries.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- A degree in Marketing, Arts Marketing, Arts Management, Theatre, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
