Job Description
As the HR Manager / Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational success. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal processes to enhance productivity and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive HR projects, such as employee engagement programs, training and development, and organizational restructuring.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape company culture and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in the F&B.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally in a fast-paced environment.
