Role Overview:
As a Learning & Development Executive (Trainer), you will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth and performance through effective training programs. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions to equip our teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Your passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and ability to inspire others will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and on-the-job coaching for frontline and support staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content that align with our brand values and business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Support the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a trainer, learning & development executive, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences and adapt training styles to different audiences.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
