Job Description:
- Manage full sets of Accounts & GST submissions
- Handle staffs' payroll & CPF
- Prepare yearly returns - IR8A & company corporate tax
- Liaise with auditors, company secretary & various statutory boards
- Office administration such as stationery purchase, office equipment/fixtures upkeep, tenancy matters etc.
- Bank Reconcilation
- HR duties such as recruitment, updating staffs' personal files, monitoring staff's annual & medical leave & claims etc.
- Other duties to be assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
- Over 5-10 year of hands-on payroll processing
- Understand Accounting software Xero
- Conversant with Singapore Employment Act, payroll regulations and best practices.
- Enthusiasm to acquire experience and knowledge of HR & General affairs
- Good interpersonal skills and attitude with positive mindset.
- Communication skills that allow you to listen to the opinions of various people
- fairly, exchange opinions flexibly and communicate smoothly.
- Organization skills with attention to detail and conscientious in handling
- confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT and Words)
- Able and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Able and preferred to do multi-tasking without team support (Highly requiring independent mindset and work closely with top management)
