Job description
RRJ Capital is a Singapore based private equity firm, with AUM of over US$15 billion. The firm is looking to add a junior Associate in the Singapore office to provide support for the investment teams across both the Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in evaluation of investment opportunities by conducting in-depth financial analysis and industry research
- Monitoring performance of portfolio companies on an ongoing basis
- Undertaking due diligence processes, financial modelling, drafting of memos and reviewing of legal documentation in live transaction processes
Qualifications / Requirements
- 1-3 year(s) (maximum) top-tier investment banking / consulting / buyside experience
- Good command in English and Native proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Previous real estate sector background required
