- Ensure all documents and requirements for Production implementations are complete with correct details and comply with approval process.
- Support Production deployments for AS400 platforms using Rocket Aldon LM(i)
- Support Production deployments for Unix/Linux/Windows platforms using Rocket Aldon LM(e)
- Support Production deployment for Mainframe platform using Endevor (basic)
- Assist other teams on Production deployment issues related to aldon
- Perform Production scheduling of ATM software deployment using Proview
- Clone HDDs for ATM Software usage and ensure all are well-tested by Business Technology Department and have necessary documents before roll out
- Raise requests using CRQs in remedy/SmartIT
- Perform LM (e) deployment setup
- Grant user access in Aldon and Community Manager
- Manage user ID recertification
- Create documents/user guides
- Contribute ideas to the team
- Provide off-shift hours to support unscheduled/emergency deployments to avoid and resolve Production and Batch processing issues
