We’re looking for Patient Service Officers who are passionate about the healthcare sector and wants to play a part in making a difference in the lives of patients. The role encompasses providing excellent patient care (non-clinical) at our cancer centres and requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and doctors.
Responsible for:
Liaison with patients and their family members on appointments with the doctors and other associated diagnostic services.
Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims enquiries.
Verification of patients’ information into the Clinic system.
Provide assistance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure claims process is in order.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
Pro-active to patients’ needs and able to communicate effectively and work effectively with others in the team to accomplish the goals of the team and the organisation.
