- Salary: Up to $3,500

JOB SCOPES:
- Churn out the list of officers in HRP who do not meet the Framework requirements
- To liaise with the respective units to provide the returns and reasons for failure to adhere to the requirement of the disincentive framework.
- Liaise with Performance Management, MPD to cease the Performance Bonus for officer who have failed under the 2nd milestone.
Award Matters
- Point of ontact for ceremonies.
- Collatenomination returns for all awards
- Prepare screening template for all the award nominations.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Manager (Awards)

- Singaporean (s) only.
- Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
