Responsible for the business development and the exploration of sales for company products and services
Plan, execute and oversee all sales and marketing/promotional activities/strategies effectively
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of Sales Representatives
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Familiar with the company’s internal departments coordination and the liaising of the operational procedures to client / project
Coordinate with Managing Director for the development of quotation
To follow up with the client / project on the product and services provided to ensure all feedbacks or requirements are duly communicated and handled
Requirements
Diploma or Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
At least 3-4 years of industry sales experience
Familiar or working experiences related to construction industry and its operations
Required skills: interpersonal and networking, presentation, sales, customer service, communication and analytical skills
