Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer tickets and emails (Zendesk)
- Send out orders to logistics provider (Only WhatsApp communications, to follow up on orders and external parties systems, is simple to use)
- Answer phone calls (Krispcall / Avoxii)
- Track orders (WooCommerce or Shopify)
- Monitor refunds (WooCommerce or Shopify)
- Do expect to be rotate around countries (online) among Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia and UK.
Good to Have
- Familiar with eCommerce or Logistics
- Proven ability to work independently / proven experience to work remotely
Must Have
* Good command of English and Cantonese (Need to communicate with HK customers)
* Able to work 6 days a week (By schedule, rotate off weekdays/weekends)
- Able to understand customers ahead of time (high level of empathy)
- Ability to balance company-customer interest (problem-solving skills)
- Open to feedback (adaptability)
- Able to work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to not react emotionally given the tension of customer service nature of work
- Must be willing to work long-term, not temporary
Other Useful Information
* Fully Remote (Can work at home)
* USD 8 / hour capped
- Fixed SGT 10am - 6pm (8 hours/day ; 48 hours/week, PAID lunch hour as the role is remotely and requires staff to be flexible and on standby.) If staff prefer a fixed lunch break of an hour, will only offer to pay 7 hours/day ; 42 hours/week permanently.)
