- Collaborate with in-country fulfillment managers and regional implementation managers to assign deals and resources within the SLA.
- Regularly follow up with stakeholders via email to gather missing information and complete tasks.
- Keep the Deal Assignment SharePoint updated and send out regular status reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of E-Banking maintenance requests for the APAC region.
- Manage the offshore delivery center to ensure SLAs are met for E-Banking and deal assignments.
- Handle issues and escalations in coordination with stakeholders and the offshore team.
- Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards.
- Execute critical macros to identify data mismatches and gaps, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and communicating effectively through email.
- Proven experience in the banking sector, with a strong track record of liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.
