- Lead the warehouse team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment processes in alignment with the production plan provided by the planning department.
- Implement and oversee inventory control to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Guide the team to maintain accurate records in the SAP system and ensure physical stock is well-managed.
- Ensure safety, adherence to 5S practices, and efficiency in store organization with the team.
- Coordinate store equipment maintenance in collaboration with the facility department.
- Work closely with other departments (production, supply chain, quality) to support smooth production operations.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.
Requirement:
- Possess at least a diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 5 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
