Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work.
- Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other trades.
- Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and construction team.
- Assist in maintaining BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
- Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling
- Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built)
- To comply with BIM Manager Execution Plan and BIM Project workflow criteria
- Other duties as required
- Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM modelling creating & managing BIM model.
- Update and coordinate BIM model throughout the project.
- Perform interference/clash checking within own model and /or against other disciplines.
- To deliver all the drawings on time with accurate.
- All other Drafter related jobs.
- Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
- Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
- Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Building Construction industry
- Experience in using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software
- Proficient in Singapore BIM Guidelines
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude
