Responsibilities:
- Patient registration and scheduling of appointments
- Ensure high level of operational effectiveness while following SOPs
- Attend to phone and email enquiry
- Handle payments
- File and maintain proper documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance
- Excellent customer services, telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills
- Punctuality, adaptability and teamwork
- Must be committed to half day on Saturdays
- Applicants must be fully vaccinated (according to MOH guidelines w.e.f. 14 Feb 2022).
