The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Identifying prospects, contacting potential clients, and generating leads.
- Understanding clients’ requirements, demonstrating our products to clients, and explaining their benefits.
- Accountable for the sales of software product, with a strong commitment to achieve monthly sales target with the team.
- Work independently to engage clients from relationship building, sales presentation, solution explanation, business negotiation, contract signing and handling over to project team etc.
Qualifications
- Passionate in HR, IT, and Sales.
- Ability to understand IT concepts.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and customer-centric ethics to achieve high sales performance.
- Experienced success in full sales cycle including lead generation and deal closing.
- Genuine commitment to build sound relationships at all levels of the business with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant professional qualifications.
- Relevant experience in the HR or IT industry, with experience in HR software, is an added advantage.
