The Job:
- Work closely with Data Center Management to ensure infrastructure support consistently exceeds customer expectations, focusing on proactive maintenance, vendor management, issue resolution, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Act as the main contact for Data Center Service Operations, supporting the customer's operational needs under medium to large contracts.
- Lead the Data Center Ops team within defined service scopes, ensuring effective and continuous service delivery. Implement customer satisfaction initiatives to streamline processes, reduce defects, and improve delivery times.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with customer satisfaction, contract budgets, and service level agreements.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- 4-5 years professional working experience in Data Center Operation
- Only Singaporeans.
