- Engage customers with expert knowledge in gold jewellery, diamonds, and luxury goods.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in making informed product choices by providing relevant advice and product information.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to process transactions.
- Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and visually appealing in line with merchandising guidelines.
