Salary: up to $4,000 + 1 Month Bonus
1. Onboarding of new hires – Data & document verification
2. Leave Management – Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc.
3. Offboarding
4. Work pass applications (new and renewals)
5. Letters generation
6. Report generation /data provision for any adhoc requests
7. Statutory Surveys
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in work pass administration (familiarity with MOM portal)
- Proficient in Excel
- Understanding of the COMPASS framework would be a plus
