Job Description:
- Together with the project team, analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
- Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data-related challenges, and support HR processes
- Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data-related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree of relevant discipline
