Jobscope:
- Provides planning and support to on organisation development assignments
- Using organisation development Consulting Process, to support the work with stakeholders to understand the challenge/priority on hand
- Supporting the Team to guide the client through parts of the OD Consulting process from contracting to designing and executing of interventions, to evaluation as required;
- To coordinate, administer and facilitate the evaluation process of the programme/intervention. Supporting data analysis and interpretation of the findings with the relevant parties.
- development and implementation of Change Management projects at organisation level
- Co-design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of small-scale change and transitions.
Requirement
- Min Bachelor degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, social work, sociology, communications or other related disciplines
- Strong project management skills
