Duration: 1 Year (Convertible to Permanent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am- 6.00pm
Salary: $4,000 – 4,500 per month + 1 Year Completion Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Membership processing and database maintenance (1800 pax)
- Ensure all invoices/ payments are generated and issued on a timely basis
- Provide timely response and assistance to queries and requests from customers, members and the public; which may include answering calls and emails.
- Prepare correspondence emails, letters, documents, reports etc.
- Help with administrative and logistical matters to ensure the smooth operations
- Support activities organized by the company
- Monitor and follow up on projects.
- Ensure proper documentation of all records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Manager.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant admin/ secretary work experience
