Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sales support, collecting client information, addressing client inquiries, managing CRM information, and ensuring service renewals. The role requires proficiency in Mandarin and excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
This position is on either a 4- or 5-working day basis per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Create quotations and sales orders for potential clients.
Track and follow up on payments during the pre-sales stages.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process.
2. Client Interaction:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
Issue sales orders for existing clients based on their specific requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Client Updates:
Regularly update clients on the latest information, including compliance requirements.
Send timely reminders for service renewals and other important updates.
Ensure clients are informed about any changes or new services that may benefit them.
4. Language Proficiency:
Serve and communicate effectively with clients who speak Mandarin.
Demonstrate strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Qualifications:
- Education: Polytechnic, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or relationship management role is preferred.
- Experience in CRM system
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
