Reports to: Contact Centre Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
- Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met
Requirements:
- Strong command of English (e.g. Minimum grade of C5 in English at O Level.)
- Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or service-related role.
- Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in computer use and typing.
- Commute to work location at AMK.
