This role involves evaluating and investigating government claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service to policyholders. The Claims Associate works closely with other team members and departments to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
- Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, with good employment track record (preferably in processing claims, disbursement and refund)
- Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
- Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage.
- Diligent and committed to meet deadlines, detailed and meticulous
