*Job Description:*


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support our administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and activities within the office.

- Handle day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements for staff.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.

- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff promptly.

- Support the HR department with onboarding and employee record-keeping.

- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and cooperation.

- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

- Assist in planning and coordinating company operation.


Qualifications:*


- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Secretary, or similar administrative role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred.
