Admin & Account Assistant

Responsibilities:


Administration:

  • Preparing purchase order or anyother administrative documents
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for customer service director.
  • Any other ad-hoc general administration duties

Accounts:

  • Providing administration support to finance and admin department in general
  • Timely and accurately post supplier bills into accounting software
  • Checking and posting employees claims
  • Assisting the finance manager to prepare aircrafts monthly activities statement
  • Undertake any ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of this role as requires


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI Higher/CAT or relevant fields
  • At least 3 year of relevant working experience in administration and accounts.
  • Possess skills and proficiency in XERO,Quickbook accounting software
  • Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel Functions (Vlookup & Pivot tables) is an advance.
  • Possess good initiative towards task given
