Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Preparing purchase order or anyother administrative documents
- Provide administrative and logistical support for customer service director.
- Any other ad-hoc general administration duties
Accounts:
- Providing administration support to finance and admin department in general
- Timely and accurately post supplier bills into accounting software
- Checking and posting employees claims
- Assisting the finance manager to prepare aircrafts monthly activities statement
- Undertake any ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of this role as requires
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI Higher/CAT or relevant fields
- At least 3 year of relevant working experience in administration and accounts.
- Possess skills and proficiency in XERO,Quickbook accounting software
- Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel Functions (Vlookup & Pivot tables) is an advance.
