Job Description:
The Cluster Customer Relations scope includes the end-to-end internal and external customer support to ensure complete, accurate and timely documentations in accordance with Company’s policy and related Regulatory Compliance. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
A. Job Role
1. GIRO
- Ensure all children are sign up for GIRO
- Keep copy of all the GIRO forms to track whose GIRO is successful and rejected
- To observe and adhere to Skool4Kidz's policy to comply with all applicable primary and data protection laws in accordance with the Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA)
2. Arrears & Bad Debts
- To obtain updates from AFD on status of GIRO runs twice monthly
- To follow up with parents whose GIRO deduction is unsuccessful twice monthly
- To inform Principal of the arrears to be collected from Parents by NETS at the centres (Oversight)
- To escalate bad debts to respective Cluster Operations Director and assist in recovery actions
3. Reporting and Documentation
- To provide updates of their centres for management when required on Arrears report.
4. Audits Support
- To support the Principal for audits by internal and external auditors
5. Others
- To support respective Cluster Operations Directors in any other operational duties and special
- projects, if required
- Undertake any other Adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.
B. Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Minimal 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
