Job Title: Project Engineer - Windows 11 Upgrade (Healthcare Sector)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description: We are seeking skilled Project Engineers to join our team and lead the Windows 11 upgrade project for a major healthcare client. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for upgrading systems to Windows 11 in various healthcare departments, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in IT or technical support environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Windows 11 upgrades across multiple systems within a healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure efficient deployment, system compatibility, and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the upgrade process.
- Document the upgrade process and provide post-upgrade support when necessary.
- Ensure that all upgrades comply with healthcare security and privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and staff to coordinate upgrade schedules and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT or technical support environments preferred.
- Proven experience with Windows system upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both IT teams and non-technical staff.
- Experience working in healthcare environments is a plus.
Vaccination Requirements: Due to the healthcare setting, the following vaccinations are mandatory for this role:
- COVID-19 vaccination (proof of full vaccination required).
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) - 2 doses.
- TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis).
- Varicella-zoster virus (VZV)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.
