Opportunity to join a market leader in the Power and Energy sector as CEO to lead and drive the transformative expansion and growth of the organization. This role will require relocation within South Asia.
The Role
As the CEO, your responsibilities will span across several imperative areas of operations. You will be required to oversee every aspect of our business along with its subsidiaries. A key part of your role will involve strategic planning along with deftly handling financial and operational management to ascertain the continued growth and sustained profitability of the organization. Working in seamless collaboration with the Managing Directors across each of the business entities, you will be at the forefront of steering the teams toward business goals and targets. Furthermore, your role will also entail navigating discussions and negotiations with local government authorities in the various areas of operation.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a Degree and/or MBA with the following relevant experience
- Proven track record with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the Energy / Power / Utilities sector of which at least 10 years in a senior executive position.
- Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
- Strong business sense and project financing background.
- Extensive network within the international energy and power community.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
- The incumbent will be required to relocate to South Asia. Therefore, an openness to embrace and adapt to a new cultural environment will be fundamental.
