You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to various clinical services in Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and the department. You will engage in effective office management such as maintaining and monitoring office equipment assets, ensuring proper documentation of purchases and timely submission of invoices and claims.
You will ensure the smooth running of clinical service and operations through coordinating manpower-related activities and providing administrative support for new staff hiring activities. In addition, you will support processes required to comply with SCH policies and regulatory bodies. You will also help to coordinate and provide logistics support for staff education activities.
Job Requirement
- Diploma with 2 years’ experience; or
- Higher NITEC / NITEC/ GCE N / O / A Level + 8 years’ experience
- Good writing skills, meticulous and organised.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and supervise junior clerical staff.
- Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
