Job Description & Requirements:
- Handling day to day attendanceGenerate daily/weekly/month report & attendance
- Operate security-related equipment, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Liaise & communicate with ground officer
- Collate Leave forms & Medical Certificate for Attendance
- Prepare Site equipment & docs when take over new assignment
- Act as the central communication point for security personnel and emergency services
- Other ad-hoc duty assign
Key Competencies:
- Must be able to work from 9am - 9pm/ 9pm - 9am
- 25 days a month
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Proficiency in operating security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage incidents effectively
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security control room or equivalent role
- Candidate must possess valid Security License (SSO)
- Required computer Microsoft Office Skills
- Relevant certifications in security management or system operations (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to security operations and incident reporting
