Security Controller

Job Description & Requirements:

  • Handling day to day attendanceGenerate daily/weekly/month report & attendance
  • Operate security-related equipment, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
  • Liaise & communicate with ground officer
  • Collate Leave forms & Medical Certificate for Attendance
  • Prepare Site equipment & docs when take over new assignment
  • Act as the central communication point for security personnel and emergency services
  • Other ad-hoc duty assign


Key Competencies:

  • Must be able to work from 9am - 9pm/ 9pm - 9am
  • 25 days a month
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
  • Proficiency in operating security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage incidents effectively


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security control room or equivalent role
  • Candidate must possess valid Security License (SSO)
  • Required computer Microsoft Office Skills
  • Relevant certifications in security management or system operations (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to security operations and incident reporting
