Overview:
Our Healthcare client is looking for energetic and highly motivated Individual to join their fast-growing industry as Executive, Clinical Operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at seamlessly integrating care delivery in the organisation.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholder and management in the organisation in planning, executing, and reviewing work plans and projects.
- Monitor the operational performance of the clinic
- Perform data analysis techniques to examine referrals, workload, utilization, and other key metrics.
- Provide secretariat and other administrative support
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector will be advantageous
- Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
- Good with numbers and data interpretation
For candidates with more working experience, they may be considered for more senior position
