Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at JING Halal Hotpot & BBQ in Singapore. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Experience in Hiring and Training staff in the food & beverage industry
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
We are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager who is either a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality and F&B.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual eager to contribute to elevating our rebranded restaurant to new heights.
