Opportunity to join an established REIT market leader as Treasury Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of 2 staff and oversee the treasury management function for the organization with a focus on monitoring the group’s treasury position, compliance with loan covenants and regulations, supporting on financing/refinancing of bank loans, cashflow management including fund utilization as well as prompt updates and in-depth analysis of interest rates.
As this role sits within the finance team, you will also oversee and review the accounts of the overseas hotel portfolio, ensuring accuracy of group adjustments, owner expenses, etc
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury management, specifically financing/refinancing of loans, monitoring cashflow positions and hands-on analysis of interest rates
- Exposure within the real estate industry will be highly preferred
- Background in accounting and exposure to acquisition/divestment deals will be ideal but not a must
