Key Responsibilities
- To oversee the establishment of master data, product codes and conversion units are properly established in external stakeholder system, OMS (Order management system) and SAP.
- To review inventory stock health, pharmaceutical and non- pharmaceutical items, including stockpile.
- To champion review of Key Objective Planning (KOP) with planners, including ROP, consumption trends for SAP settings, contract availability and visibility outlook.
- To lead, drive and resolve supply disruptions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely update and broadcast of information.
- Responsible for the review and establishment of forecast and commitments for supply contracts to CWH.
- To engage with internal stakeholders on consumption trend, contract establishment, vendor performance and improvement initiatives.
- To compile and monitor all inventory planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and to perform root cause analysis.
- To lead and coordinate monthly meetings with vendors for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for contract sufficiency and establishment in OMS under sub-agreement, publish contract drawdown and provide recommendations.
- Responsible for SAP MRP setup, recommend and propose appropriate MRP parameters to ensure optimized inventory replenishment.
- Responsible for release of PO/SA, approval of replenishment reorder point for update.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Office 365.
- Experience in material and inventory planning with a good understanding of MRP.
- SAP (MM/WM/SD) experience is a plus.
