Job Responsibilities
- Oversee H&C sales efforts to align with the APAC region's business goals, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded, primarily focusing on the markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Formulate and execute critical action plans for H&C strategies, working efficiently with distributors and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee the H&C budget, including the processes of planning, tracking, and controlling expenses, to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape marketing initiatives, manage product portfolios, set pricing strategies, and oversee forecasts and budgeting.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with business partners and distributors, ensuring strong channel management to enhance sales performance and accountability in designated countries.
- Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor actions to generate valuable reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Launch and oversee new initiatives with distributors and clients to foster growth and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sciences or related field is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, with an emphasis on H&C or similar sectors.
- Extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge in chemicals, particularly in the Hygiene & Care sector.
- Location: West region
