- Serve as the primary liaison for addressing client concerns and requirements.
- Foster and enhance client relationships to establish lasting partnerships.
- Present and showcase HRMS software to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, tracking contract modifications and renewals.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to create strategic marketing plans and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Requirement:
- A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with payroll or e-leave systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas, with a record of positive customer feedback.
- Effective follow-up and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm, dedication, hard work, and persistence are key attributes for this role.
