Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure vessel certificates are up-to-date and maintain e-documents within the system.
- Assist the Technical Superintendent or Manager in the preparation, monitoring, and control of repair and maintenance budgets for the fleet.
- Support the Technical Superintendent/Manager with the quotation and requisition processes for services and stores.
- Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for dockings and related operations.
- Review and follow up on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels.
- Oversee the tracking and submission of month-end reports from vessels.
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE in Marine Engineering or a relevant field (preference for Maritime or engineering majors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Effective team player.
