Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with exceptional hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful completion of projects with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
- Execute and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of over 12 workers and supervisors.
- Assign tasks effectively and monitor team performance to meet project deadlines.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and technical specifications as required.
Professional & Consultant Management:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align project objectives.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with contractual requirements and design intent.
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Implement quality management systems to uphold high standards in all project aspects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices.
Site Survey & Estimation:
- Perform detailed site surveys to assess project requirements.
- Estimate scope of work, and develop detailed project plans.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
Dedication & Work Ethic:
- Willingness to work extended hours and go the extra mile to meet project deadlines.
- Demonstrate high levels of responsibility, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
Continuous Learning & Development:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.
Logistics & Mobility:
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to travel between project sites as required.
- Ensure timely mobilization of resources and equipment to various sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma in engineering holders with relevant experiences.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and sanitary works.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 12 or more personnel.
- Experience in project management and site supervision.
Skills:
- Exceptional technical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.

- Valid Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
