Job Description
- Pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
- Ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
- By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
- HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports
- Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
- Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
- Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
- Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
- Candidates with relevant experiences in HR positions are strongly encouraged to apply
