Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive process improvements across network operations. Develop detailed process maps, define and track KPIs, and execute changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Network Optimization: Leverage advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze network data and implement solutions to optimize network cells
- Network Visualization: Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure the accurate simulation and visualization of network performance to support proactive decision-making
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis tools like MySQL to track key metrics, analyze performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Leadership & Strategic Planning: Demonstrate leadership by guiding cross-functional teams through process design projects. To support organizational goals, provide strategic insights based on data analysis and process performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and communication standards. Experience with network performance monitoring tools and techniques
- Process Management: Deep understanding of end-to-end process design, KPI development, and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead process design projects from conception through execution
- Telecom Systems: Knowledge of telecom systems, including 4G/5G technologies and LTE
- Data Analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, MySQL, Tableau, and R to track metrics, derive insights, and drive decision-making
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and implement integrated solutions
